Vous pouvez \u00e9galement t\u00e9l\u00e9charger un fichier CSV contenant la liste de tous les affili\u00e9s ayant per\u00e7u $600 ou plus et r\u00e9sidant aux \u00c9tats-Unis, avec leur adresse, le montant per\u00e7u et leur num\u00e9ro d'identification fiscale, afin de disposer de toutes les informations n\u00e9cessaires pour remplir les formulaires 1099.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout d'abord, vous devrez installer cette extension depuis la page Easy Affiliate &gt; Extensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois install\u00e9, allez sur Easy Affiliate &gt; Rapports, puis sur l'onglet Taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En haut de la page, vous pouvez choisir l'ann\u00e9e fiscale que vous souhaitez consulter. Nous vous recommandons de s\u00e9lectionner l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la date limite de d\u00e9claration. Par exemple, si la date limite de d\u00e9claration est fix\u00e9e au 31 janvier 2022, s\u00e9lectionnez l'ann\u00e9e fiscale 2021. Vous pouvez voir si des affili\u00e9s r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 ces crit\u00e8res en consultant le bouton situ\u00e9 dans la section \u201c Rappels concernant les informations fiscales \u201d. Si le bouton indique \u201c Envoyer (0 affili\u00e9) \u201d et qu\u2019il est d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9, cela signifie que les informations fiscales sont compl\u00e8tes pour tous les affili\u00e9s \u00e9ligibles. Un e-mail de rappel peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 un affili\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique en le survolant dans le tableau et en cliquant sur \"Envoyer un rappel\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il se peut que vous deviez attendre un certain temps pour que les affili\u00e9s mettent \u00e0 jour ces informations dans les param\u00e8tres de leur compte. C'est pourquoi nous recommandons d'envoyer les courriels de rappel bien avant la date limite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notez que seuls les affili\u00e9s dont l'adresse n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finie ou dont l'adresse se trouve aux \u00c9tats-Unis appara\u00eetront dans le tableau.
