Knowledge Base
We've put together an extensive Knowledge Base for Easy Affiliate. It covers topics to help you get started, figure out how to use the plugin’s more advanced features, and troubleshoot issues if they arise. Most of the time the Knowledge Base will be able to point you in the right direction.
Current Customers
If you've purchased an Easy Affiliate License and have an active Support License, you should have a username and password you can use to submit a support ticket from our Premium Support Request page. Once you submit a support ticket, you can expect a response within 1-2 business days. Our office hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, U.S. EST (excluding standard U.S. holidays).
