If you've purchased an Easy Affiliate License and have an active Support License, you should have a username and password you can use to submit a support ticket from our Premium Support Request page. Once you submit a support ticket, you can expect a response within 1-2 business days. Our office hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, U.S. EST (excluding standard U.S. holidays).
